Payment Information
1). Payment must be made at time of registration.
2). Payment can be made by check, money order, or
cash, payable to: Friendly Summer Camp, Send it to: P .O. Box. 972, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Checks and money orders must include name, address, home and work telephone numbers, driver's license number, and participant's full name. Friendly Summer Camp reserves the right to pursue all available options to collect any funds owed as the result of a dishonored check or any outstanding debt. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL CASH.
Payment Plan Option You have the option of paying in two equal installments. The first payment that is 50% of the camp fees is due at the time of registration and the second payment is due on June 21, 2013. All payment plans must be paid in full by June 24, 2013 please register early to take advantage of this payment option. Field Trip fees are not included in this payment plan.
Payment Received: You will receive your confirmation email within 3 business days after your payment is received. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please call us immediately at 443-244-2777
Pick-Up Policy: Parents are expected to pick up children promptly at the close of the program. An overtime fee of $10 per child for each fifteen minutes late is assessed. Payment is due at the time of pick-up (cash or check) and a child may not participate again until the late fee has been paid.
